Pastor Luke Love

Pastor of Preaching and Vision

Pastor Luke Love had the blessing of being born into a pastor’s family. This family background gave him the opportunity to hear the gospel early and often in his life. It was at the age of five that Pastor Love realized that he was a sinner and needed a Savior. Growing up in a pastor’s home also gave him the blessing of seeing the ministry up close as his dad pastored churches in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia.

Pastor Luke recently finished his Doctorate of Ministry in expository preaching from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Luke’s passion for preaching is that it should engage the believer with God’s Word and call them to a greater love for God. He also has a passion for the church as the body of Christ, which illustrates the power of the gospel to the community.

Pastor Love enjoys reading, occasionally running, following anything related to the Michigan Wolverines, and most of all spending time with his wife, Marsha, and their children, Alyssa, Logan, Levi, and Lincoln.

Pastor Caleb Roth

Pastor of Worship & Administration

Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, Pastor Caleb Roth also grew up in a pastor’s home. After coming to Wisconsin to attend college, Pastor Roth became a part of First Baptist Church in the fall of 1996 when he began ministering on extension from Maranatha Baptist University.

In 2003 Pastor Roth came on full-time as part of the ministry of the church and a former ministry First Baptist Academy. He continued on in his church ministry roles following the closing of the Academy in 2005.

In February 2017 Pastor Roth was ordained and the church voted to bring him on as the Pastor of Worship and Administration.
