Our Adult Bible Studies provide many benefits that only smaller-group Bible studies can provide. In smaller classes, each student is better enabled to participate in class discussions and activities, which are valuable tools in the learning process. Smaller groups also provide a greater opportunity for fellowship with peers, for developing strong Christian friendships, and for edifying each other and holding each other accountable before the Lord.
Please join us for our Sunday school hour; we would love to have you! Our Bible study groups meet around 10:45 a.m. (following the Sunday Morning Worship Service) and typically last for 45-55 minutes.
This quarter, the adults are meeting in small groups of about eight to review, discuss and apply Sunday’s sermon. Each group has an assigned leader who guides the discussion.
The goal of these small groups is three-fold:
For a great resource on listening to sermons effectively, you can read this short guide: Listen Up!, written by Christopher Ash (published in 2011).
You can join a small group at any time. Please contact the church office for further information and to join!
Meets in various homes about every two weeks. The purpose is for accountability and fellowship in our church body.
